Guest WiFi · Worcester

Guest WiFi for Worcester venues, with an opted-in guest list.

Worcester pubs, cafés and hotels serve regulars and visitors alike. A WiFi sign-in in your colours lets each guest choose whether to hear from you, and you download the ones who opt in. We’re based in Worcester, and we set up and host the portal for your UniFi network.

Who uses your WiFi

Regulars and visitors both sign in.

Worcester venues get people who live and work nearby, and people visiting for the cathedral, the racecourse, the river or a day’s shopping. Both use your WiFi, and the sign-in page gives each of them the same choice: join your list for news and offers, or connect without sharing an email address.

A visitor who opts in gives you a way to invite them back. A regular who opts in hears about your next quiz night, menu or event.

From check to go-live

How Guest WiFi goes live at a Worcester venue.

It starts with a free check of your network.

01

Check your network

If you already have UniFi, we confirm your controller and guest network can run the portal before you commit, at no charge. It is not a network review. If you don’t have UniFi, the free site survey plans a new network with the portal included.

02

Agree the page

Your logo, colours and wording, an unticked opt-in box and a link to connect without sharing an email. We agree the privacy wording and data terms with you before any guest data is collected.

03

Build and test

We set up your own portal and connect it to your UniFi controller, then test the full sign-in with you, on your venue’s WiFi, before go-live.

04

Use your list

Download opted-in guests as a spreadsheet from your dashboard whenever you like. We can also connect Mailchimp or Brevo: ask before you accept your quote.

Costs

What Guest WiFi costs.

Plans continue until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. If you want help with the follow-up, we can write and send one campaign a month for you, from £199 a month plus £249 setup.

New network

With a new UniFi installation

We quote the installation after a free site survey. Guest WiFi chosen with it is free for three months, then £19 a month, or £29 with network monitoring.

Existing UniFi

On UniFi another installer set up

£199 one-off setup, then £19 a month from go-live. Setup covers your branded page, your own portal, the controller settings and go-live testing. Network fixes, site visits and email-platform work are quoted separately.

Our network

On a network we installed

Setup is included, and your chosen monthly plan starts at go-live.

Guest data

Your venue controls the guest list.

Guests opt in by ticking an unticked box, and they can connect without giving an email address. Only opted-in addresses reach your download. We process the data on your behalf under a written agreement, and you can erase a guest’s record by email address from your dashboard.

Common questions

Worcester Guest WiFi questions, answered.

If your question is not covered, call 07432 214653 or send a brief through the contact page.

Can you add guest WiFi to a UniFi network another Worcester installer set up?

If your controller and guest network are suitable, yes. We confirm that before you commit, at no charge; it is not a network review. Setup is then £199 once, and £19 a month from go-live. If the network needs work first, we quote it separately.

Do guests have to give an email address to get online?

No. The sign-in page has a way to connect without sharing an email address. Only guests who tick the opt-in box are added to the list you download.

Do you come out to the venue?

Yes, for a new installation, which starts with a free site survey. Adding the portal to an existing UniFi network is done remotely. If your network needs a site visit, we quote it first.

What happens if we cancel?

Plans continue until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. When you leave, we can move the portal to your own Cloudflare account for £150, or close it down.

Start with a free check of your network.

Tell us about your venue and the network you have. If it’s UniFi, we confirm whether it can run the portal. If not, we arrange a free site survey.
