What happens next

  • We’ll be in touch: a personal reply confirming we've received your enquiry, and a couple of follow-up questions if anything's unclear.
  • Free site survey at a time that suits you: we come to you, walk the building, and measure coverage with a survey kit. Time on site depends on the building.
  • Written summary after the survey: a floor plan with proposed access point placements, coverage notes, and a line-by-line quote. Yours to keep, even if you don't proceed.
  • Approval at your own pace. Nothing is ordered until you've signed. Standard payment split is 50% on signing (covers hardware order) and 50% on go-live; alternatives are available on request.
  • Install scheduled to suit your hours. Most jobs complete in a single visit or split across two consecutive days. We work around event diaries, retail trading hours, and quiet periods so you don't lose a service day.
