Guests can connect without sharing an email address. Those who choose to opt in appear in a list you can download for your own offers and event updates.
The portal is included for the first six months with a new UniFi installation. It then costs £19 a month, or £29 with remote network monitoring.
What does the portal record?
The list contains only guests who provide an email address and tick the consent box. Guests can connect without sharing an email address, and an address entered without consent is discarded. You can download the opted-in list from the admin dashboard for use by you or your marketer.
A network you can see and understand.
Every access point, switch and gateway sits on one dashboard you own, with no compulsory per-device cloud licence. Monitoring is optional. Add it if you want us to watch agreed equipment and investigate suitable faults remotely.

After the site visit, we send a written summary and an itemised proposal. Installation finishes with testing, labels and handover documents, so you know what was fitted and how it is configured.
